Thursday, February 25, 1999 Frank reminds Courtney that he wants Chris totally destroyed once their scheme has run its course. Eve is visibly shaken by the sight of a certain man passing in the hallway of the Port Charles Hotel. When Eve claims that the hotel room has merely prompted an unwelcome flash-back from her hooker past, Kevin suggests she replace her bad memories with some happy new ones. Frank is irritated to learn that his homeowner's policy won't cover the storm damage to the Scanlon house due to a late premium payment. When Joe berates his brother for his costly carelessness, Frank snaps back with angry accusations of his own. Kevin reminds Eve that her past is dead and buried. Wednesday, February 24, 1999Julie's shrink tells Frank she believes it's a good sign that her patient has asked to see him. Scott and Lucy are appalled to learn that a sprinkler system malfunction at the dress manufacturer's has ruined their entire supply of the Serena line. Victor and Mary surprise Kevin and Eve at the lighthouse with an double accordion serenade. After the concert for concertinas is finally over, Eve and Kevin settle in to enjoy some quality time together but quickly discover that peace and quiet are tough commodities to find. Still wary of engaging in conversation with Julie, Frank is stunned when she blurts out that she lied about not being pregnant and is in fact carrying his unborn child. Monday, February 22, 1999Eve assures a concerned Kevin that she's well enough to go home after spending only one night in the hospital for observation. Ellen marches over to the fire house and tells Lucy how Sebastian rescued her from a snowdrift during the big blizzard. Certain fate has thrown the two together again for a very good reason, Lucy urges her exasperated friend to admit that despite all her protestations to the contrary she is still attracted to her "Duke d'Orleans". Meanwhile, at General Hospital, Sebastian asks Matt where he might find Dr. Burgess. As Chris teases his roommate about her misadventure in the motor home, Eve recalls fragments of a strange dream about being on trial at the gates of heaven. Later, Eve is thrilled to remember how Kevin declared his love to her just before she lost consciousness. Friday, February 19, 1999Kevin and Victor rush to check on the women after an avalanche sends a ton of snow barreling down upon the motor home. Vastly relieved when Eve comes to, Kevin tells the grateful doctor he's fallen in love with her. Later, Eve again loses consciousness and has an out-of-body experience in which she meets an angel who explains that she died in the avalanche. Determined not to lose out on love just when she's found it, Eve demands a recount and insists that Burt take her to the Gatekeeper to plead her case. Anxious for representation by an attorney who really knows her, Eve asks for Scott to be allowed to come to heaven to save her life. Meanwhile, back in the visible world, Kevin frantically performs CPR as Eve goes into full cardiac arrest. Thursday, February 18, 1999Unable to get Ellen's car moving again, Sebastian offers to walk the stranded doctor over to the Port Charles Hotel to seek refuge from the storm. Trying to retrace their steps back to the motor home, Eve and Kevin reach a fork in the road and realize they've lost their way in the blinding snow. Chris makes a move on Courtney as the power outage leaves them in the dark with little else to do. After Courtney pulls away, claiming that things are moving too fast, Chris suggests a game of Truth Or Dare to pass the time. Victor decides to go out and search for his missing son but instructs Mary to flash the rigs headlights at regular intervals so he can keep track of her location. Upon reaching the hotel, Sebastian invites Ellen to join him for a hot cup of soup in the Grill. Wednesday, February 17, 1999As Frank continues to eavesdrop electronically via the bug he planted in Karen's apartment, Courtney promises her partner in crime she'll soon have Chris conned into believing that she has tons of money just waiting to be invested. Lucy has a vision of herself standing before a minister, repeating wedding vows, but is frustrated by her inability to get a clear picture of the groom's face. Sebastian Dupree arrives from New Orleans and asks Lucy if the story featured on her infomercial came from a woman who once wore a "Lady of the Moon" costume to Mardi Gras. Chris is intrigued to learn from Courtney that she's expecting a rather substantial settlement from John's estate. Sebastian tells Scott and Lucy he's never been able to forget the mysterious lady he met ten years ago. Tuesday, February 16, 1999Kevin and Eve huddle together in the pup tent and dream of getting to their warm, cozy hotel room in time to enjoy the last part of their holiday weekend. Joe and Karen spend a blissful night in her bed. Meanwhile, Frank shows Courtney the electronic listening devices they're going to plant in Karen's place and Chris' apartment. As Mary serves breakfast to Eve and Kevin, Victor cheerfully reports that the RV's engine has frozen, forcing the foursome to wait for a rescue. Joe returns home to start moving his things over to Karen's. Mary and Victor happily announce their engagement to their delighted breakfast guests. The mutual joy is somewhat dampened, however, when a radio news flash brings word that a huge snowstorm is bearing down on the area and all travel is being restricted. Monday, February 15, 1999After firing the dress manufacturer, Scott scrambles to find another company which can quickly fill the thousands of orders Lucy has already received for her Serena line. As they roll along in Victor's RV, Eve and Kevin plan how to salvage the rest of their evening. The motor home soon comes to a screeching halt, however, as Victor realizes too late that he's made a series of wrong turns and gotten everyone hopelessly lost. Serena enlists Neil in her scheme to force Scotty to pop the question to Lucy. Out of Mary's earshot, Victor confides to a delighted Kevin that he was planning to propose marriage to his favorite nurse that very night. Inspired by the movie "Ghost", Serena dons a fortuneteller's costume and gazes into a crystal ball to predict a wedding in Lucy and Scott's future. Thursday, February 11, 1999As part of Frank and Courtney's plan to break up Karen and Joe, Frank confesses to Joe that while he and Courtney were away, he kissed Karen. When Joe confronts Karen with this information, Karen tells Joe it was no big deal and that Frank was drunk at the time and that it was no big deal. Kevin rents a fancy limo to take Eve out on their date. Wednesday, February 10, 1999Kevin explains to Victor why he doesn't want his budding romance with Eve to be muddied by constant news flashes about Lucy's life. Eve congratulates a gloating Chris on his reinstatement. At the Scanlon house, Courtney taunts Frank about his role as Port Charles newest pariah while Chris stands on the verge of making a fortune with the patent for his new drug. Upon learning of the lucrative deal Chris struck with Lance Pharmaceuticals, Karen bitterly reminds her colleague that she was the one who discovered DL-56 in the first place. Mary is forced to referee another argument between her bickering sons. Later, Joe offers to pay his brother's half of the mortgage until he gets back on his feet, but a furious Frank refuses to accept a penny worth of charity. Tuesday, February 9, 1999Lucy squeals in triumph when the phones begin ringing off the hook with orders for her new dress. Thrilled with the success of the Serena line, Lucy reports to Scott that they're sold four thousand dresses just in the first two hours since the informercial aired. Meanwhile, in Las Vegas, a fuming Ellen tells Matt shes going to snatch Lucy bald the minute they get back to Port Charles. Chris personally appeals to the hospital to restore his privileges at General Hospital. Later, Dr. Boardman informs Chris that he's to be censured and reprimanded but will be reinstated on the condition that he serve probation for one year. Though Frank continues to insist that he's been set up and framed by Chris, Joe reminds his brother that he had no choice but to expose his lies during the hearing. Monday, Feb. 8, 1999Only minutes before his appearance in front of the hospital board, Joe still feels torn between his duty to his brother and his obligation to tell the truth. Presenting Lucy with a bottle of champagne, Victor congratulates the excited entrepreneur on the debut of her new "Serena" line. Scotty, however, cautions his partner that they should probably hold off on the celebration until the first orders actually start rolling in. Ellen and Matt try their luck in the casinos of Las Vegas. Eve testifies at Chris' hearing and admits that there is no love lost between herself and Frank Scanlon. Karen cautions Joe that if he covers for his brother he may be enabling Frank's addiction, thus doing him far more harm than good in the long run. Thursday, Feb. 4, 1999With his attorney by his side, Chris faces the grim-faced members of the hospital board as Monica calls the reinstatement hearing to order. Meanwhile, Joe admits to Karen he's torn between his loyalty to his brother and his oath as a physician. Lee presents the case against Chris, then warns the board that retaining Dr. Ramsey on staff will only expose the hospital to additional lawsuits. Frank again swears to Joe that he never called in any prescriptions to the pharmacy because he's been clean since he detoxed. Certain the only way to salvage his reputation is to lie, Frank finally convinces his brother to say that he phoned in those prescriptions himself. Chris tells Monica and the others that the toxic DL-56 mixture would never have left the safety of the lab had it not been for Frank's recklessness. Wednesday, Feb. 3, 1999Matt invites Ellen to join him for a romantic weekend in Las Vegas, but the trip gets off to a bumpy start when mechanical problems ground their flight. Darren introduces himself to Joe and suggests to the irritated doctor that his junkie brother's reckless behavior may weigh heavily on the case when Chris applies for reinstatement at General Hospitatl. Scott and Lucy brainstorm together, tossing around new ideas for marketing the line of dresses. After their plane finally gets up in the air, severe turbulence and the lack of any in-flight meals continue to plague Matt and an increasingly grouchy Ellen. Frank convinces Ferguson to let him take a second drug test. Tuesday, Feb. 2, 1999When the leading man for her infomercial is forced to bow out at the last minute, Lucy casts around for a fast replacement and decides to as Victor to step in. Frank's boss orders him to take a drug test after receiving an anonymous tip about the paramedic being high when he answered a 911 call. Meanwhile, Chris again poses as Joe to phone in another Demerol prescription for Frank's. Lucy explains to an enthusiastic Victor how they need to sell Ellen on the idea of letting her romantic Mardi Gras story be told to the world through the shopping channel. Following a call from the hospital's pharmacist, Joe is troubled to learn that his brother has apparently been using his number to obtain illegal prescriptions for painkillers. Monday, Feb. 1, 1999Chris gloats to Eve about the way a "drunken" Frank ruined Lark's birthday party with his boorish behavior. Meanwhile, at the Scanlon house, Lark's bitterly suggests to her adoptive father that his actions on the night before reminded her of the bad old days when he was addicted to DL-56. Ellen tells Matt how Lucy wants to use her personal life to market a new line of clothing. When Matt presses her for the juicy details, Ellen briefly describes her encounter with the masked man in New Orleans but shrugs off the story as one of no consequence. At the precinct house, a guilt- ridden victor offers Julie his support. Hallucinating again about her late father, Julie orders "Bennett" to go back to his grave and leave her alone.
