    Thursday, February 25, 1999

    Ben buys back the earring Sophie pawned, then places another personal ad in the Banner to entice "Blondie" into a return trip to the bar. Meanwhile, Kevin puts his own ad in the personals in hopes of flushing out "Hamlet". Max's obsession with Kelly keeps him constantly hovering near the Sun's publisher, eager for any chance to jump her bones once again. R.J. warns an irked Tea she's traded one low-life for another now that she's left Todd behind and latched on to John Sikes. Blair explains to a puzzled Starr why her treacherous Aunt Kelly is no longer a Cramer girl. Joey walks into the Sun's head office and is astounded to find Max lying on top of Kelly with his tongue down her throat.

    An infuriated Roseanne informs will he's blown his last chance with her by standing her up on Valentine's Day. Lindsay appeals to Asa to reconcile with his estranged son. Bo informs Hank he's begun digging into Sam's past, then reveals that he's already uncovered one irregularity in the attorney's personal history. At the hospital, Sam shows an amused Nora the tiny gavel he bought for their son, the future lawyer. When the subject of names for the baby comes up, Sam reluctantly reveals that he was named after his own father but balks at disclosing any further information about his family. Will explains to Roseanne why he never made it to the hotel but she refuses to forgive and forget.

    As Sam coaches Nora through her contractions, Lindsay reminds a worried Bo that plenty of babies are born prematurely with no complications at all. Kevin and Joey become concerned when their mother fails to call in during the snowstorm. Meanwhile, at the Crossroads, Viki overcomes her initial shyness and proudly struts her stuff for a karaoke version of "I will Survive" in front of a hooting crowd of admirers. Later, Ben awards a giggling Viki a pair of fuzzy dice as the winner of the bar's karaoke contest. Feeling guilty about altering Bo's test results, Lindsay comes close to confessing but elects to remain mum when the commissioner declares he can never forgive Nora for her lie.

    Friday, February 19, 1999

    Will calms a panicking Jessica as the elevator cables begin creaking ominously. Meanwhile, Lindsay insists on accompanying Bo when a report comes into the precinct house of two kids trapped in a hospital elevator. Worried about Dorian, R.J. swipes one of the city's snowplows and sets off to search for his missing friend. Ben runs off an obnoxious truck driver when the man begins harassing Viki at the Crossroads bar. A knock on the door interrupts Cris and Roseanne's moment of passion. After Renee brings word that the blizzard has closed all the streets, Cris tells Roseanne they may have misjudged will and Jessica. As the elevator begins to slip, Jessica prays that her baby will be saved.

    As the blizzard hits its peak, Bo mobilizes his forces to handle a number of storm-related emergencies around the city. Meanwhile, Andrew scrambles to set up a temporary shelter at the community center. When the opening of his art show is canceled due to the foul weather, Cris heads to the Palace to check in with Roseanne and is concerned to learn that neither Will nor Jessica ever made it back from the Lamaze class. Inside the stalled elevator, Jessica's impatience boils over and she lashes out at Will for getting her pregnant in the first place and ruining her life. Tea confides to Andrew that although she enjoyed her dinner with John she intends to proceed cautiously as she attempts to erase her memories of Todd.

    Pleasantly surprised to find Ben still behind the bar at the Crossroads tavern, Viki explains how she saw his personal ad in the Banner. Asa is irked to spot Bo and Lindsay sharing dinner for two and a bottle of champagne on Valentine's Day. After using assumed names to take refuge in a country inn, Nora asks Sam why they're on the run in the middle of a blizzard. Jessica and will shift uneasily as their Lamaze instructor describes in glowing terms the incredible intimacy couples share when they experience together the birth of a child. Ben accuses Sofia of stealing "Blondie's" earring after discovering the piece of jewelry missing from his cash register. Sam tells Nora he encountered some trouble at his father's funeral but balks at dispensing any details, suggesting that the less she knows the safer she'll be.

    An unfortunate typo in the ad for Club Indigo has R.J. seeing red on Valentine's Day. Later, R.J.'s evening gets worse when Dorian again pesters him to tail Viki and unearth her dirty secrets. Roseanne charges a suite at the Palace to her aunt's credit card, then surprises will with a seductive invitation for a night of romance. Viki is astounded to discover that Kevin hired Blair to fill a vacancy in the Banner's city room. When his irate mother demands an explanation, Kevin reveals how he was forced to strike a bargain with Dorian in exchange for Mel's notes. Certain her longtime nemesis has sent her niece to spy on the Buchanan's, Viki warns Blair she won't stand for any shenanigans.

    Monday, February 15, 1999

    Worried about her son's safety since the break-in, Lindsay urges will to move in with her at the Palace. Dorian asks R.J. to help her get some dirt on Viki by tracking the woman's every move. Roseanne is irked when will elects to spend valentine's Day in a birthing class with Jessica. At the Crossroads bar, Ben wonders how to get the diamond earring back to the blonde lady who vanished before he could learn her name. Asa strenuously objects when Jessica discloses her intention to give the baby up for adoption. Outraged by Asa's attempt to interfere, Viki reminds Jessica not to let anyone pressure her into a decision. Lindsay tells her skeptical son that she thinks of Bo as just a friend. Roseanne decides to book a suite at the Palace and coax will up for a night of passion.

    Friday, February 12, 1999

    A disheveled Kelly returns to the Sun following another "nooner" at Max~s house. Meanwhile, R.J. quizzes his flustered business partner about what really transpired between him and Blair's young cousin. As she reports for her first day of work in the Banner's city room, Blair loudly demands her own byline and a generous expense account. Rattled to find his father's house totally trashed, Will calls Bo for help. Forced to remain in bed by doctor's orders, Nora begins interviewing home duty nurses. Flushed with their success, Tea and John form a mutual admiration society after teaming up to keep Freddy Pelegrino behind bars. Will tells an appalled Bo and Lindsay that his father has moved in with Nora.

    Thursday, February 11, 1999

    Following a night of heavy drinking, Kelly is horrified to wake up next to Max wearing nothing but a hair ribbon. Dorian goes through Mel's laptop in an effort to determine which file contains the information Kevin is so desperately trying to acquire. Lindsay consoles Bo after he files the separation papers in the first official step towards permanently dissolving his marriage. After spending the night downstairs on the couch, Sam insists on taking Nora to the doctor for a check-up. Kelly scrambles into hiding when Blair shoves her way into Max's house to announce her journalistic debut at the Banner. Dorian advises Lindsay to keep using Bo for her own devices but to guard against actually falling for another Buchanan man.

    Tuesday, February 9, 1999

    Dorian reminds her niece that their chief objective is to avenge Mel's death by destroying Viki. Will drops by Llanfair and is amused to find Jessica absorbed in feeding her cravings for odd combinations of foods. When the subject of a Lamaze partner comes up again, Jessica admits that she didn't even ask Crisian because she doesn't want to ruin the opening of his art show. Later, Will eagerly consents when Jessica invites him to be her partner for the birthing classes. At the Crossroads Tavern, Viki enjoys some verbal sparring with the bartender she met there.

    Tuesday, February 9, 1999

    Determined to understand the message Mel sent her from the great beyond, Viki heads to the Crossroads bar in search of some answers. Following her fight with Dorian, Kelly begins drowning her sorrows at Club Indigo. Lindsay trails Bo back to his house and watches as he starts packing up his things. Meanwhile, at the Palace, Sam is concerned to see Nora suffer a sudden twinge of pain. Viki strikes up a conversation with a friendly bartender, who philosophizes about the fork in the road and the choices people make in their lives. Bo is a bit taken aback when Lindsay abruptly becomes clingy as she commiserates with the commissioner. A tipsy Kelly gets frisky with Max after tossing back way too many cocktails in rapid succession.

    Monday, Feb. 8, 1999

    Much to Renee's dissaproval, Asa arranges to have Bo and Nora at the same table at the Palace Hotel. Bo urges Nora to sign the seperation papers so they can both get on with their lives. Asa informs a smurking Lindsay that she will never get her hands on Bo. Viki wind up on a desserted road that turns out to be the crossroads in her dream. Max and R.J. resume their bet that Max can seduce the next woman to walk in the door. That woman ends up being Tea, who laughs Max off. Max's day gets worse when a fuming Blair shows up and berates him for her losing her job. Dorian screeches at Kelly for siding with Viki.

    Thursday, Feb. 4, 1999

    Asa encourages Bo to return to St. James' and speak with Nora. Meanwhile, Nora is puzzled to find an obviously distraught Sam kneeling at the altar in the empty chapel. When she offers him a sympathetic ear, Sam confides how his estranged father's death has hit him harder than he expected. Kelly quickly shoots Max down when he flirts with her at Club Indigo. Starr whines for Max and becomes petulant when Blair explains why they won't be seeing much of that "uncle" anymore. Will leaps to his mother's defense after Asa issues a warning to Lindsay. Explaining how he told everyone that his father passed away many years ago, Sam asks Nora to keep secret the fact that the man actually died just this past month.

    Wednesday, Feb. 3, 1999

    Tea shows John the mysterious key Todd sent her for Christmas. At the chapel, Dorian continues her vicious tirade against Viki despite Andrew's efforts to calm the grieving widow down. Bitterly accusing her old nemesis of making a lame attempt to woo Mel away from his loving spouse, Dorian screeches that Viki intercepted the note which would have saved her husband's life. Asa and Renee grow philosophical as they muse over the mess Bo's marriage has become. Afraid that Bo is about to serve her with separation papers, Nora slips away before he can reach into his pocket--for the wedding ring. Dorian finally wraps up her eulogy, then strolls over to Viki and hisses that she will never forgive her for as long as she lives.

    Tuesday, Feb. 2, 1999

    Lindsay taunts a seething Nora about the cozy night she spent with Bo in her hotel room, then triumphantly announces to the attorney that she's about to be served with separation papers. Sam advises Bo to put aside his bruised ego and forgive the woman who loves him so much. As the mourners file into the chapel for the memorial service, Dorian thanks Viki through gritted teeth for coming to pay her respects. Dismayed to see Bo sit down next to Lindsay, Nora's heart sinks completely when she spots the separation papers in the pocket of her husband's overcoat.

    Monday, Feb. 1, 1999

    Dorian bristles when Viki runs a glowing tribute to Mel on the front page of the Banner. Bo tells Tea he's filed for a legal separation from Nora. Meanwhile, Dr. Dreyfuss cautions Nora to cut back on her workload and try to relax more. Dorian advises Lindsay to break into the medical records at the hospital and steal Bo's paternity test report. Nora is startled to bump into Sam as she leaves her doctor's office. Freddy Pelegrino is arrested again after being found with Nora's purse in his possession. when the punk mouths off, insulting the police commissioner's estranged wife, Bo springs at Freddy and pummels his prisoner while Tea, John and several officers look on. Kevin returns home alone and glumly informs his mother that Cassie wants to have their marriage annulled.
