Reva is upset when Cassie confides her decision to leave town. After Lizzie twists her arm to allow Marina to be in the wedding party with her, Harley and Phillip are concerned when they realize that their hope for a small wedding is quickly falling to the wayside. David is surprised when Vicky makes some demands on his time regarding the mysterious coin. After setting a small fire to show Hart that he should never leave her, Dinah panics when the flames burn out of control and she's unable to reach Hart. After the fire is doused, Dinah realizes her face was burned. Rubbing the truth serum onto the back of his neck, Terri starts toying with Josh and orders him to do as she commands.

Michelle suggests to Jesse that she wait awhile before moving in with him but he convinces her to change her mind. At the Lewis family Halloween party, Reva takes great pleasure in throwing away once again the coin Annie left her. Rick vows to stop her when Michelle gives her brother the good news about her moving plans. Terri watches as Eleni returns from Greece and greets Frank with a kiss. She then takes Josh aside and claims that Frank's been coming on to her. Alone with Josh, Terri rubs the liquid truth serum on his neck and orders him to sit down. Vicky arrives and is shocked to realize that the coin was found by the children. Blake begs Ben to be her lawyer but he refuses.

Interrupting her in the office, Frank catches Terri with some of the truth drug used to get Ken to talk about his feelings during the interrogation. She claims to be working on the Stalker case evidence and convinces him that she can handle it by herself. When he suddenly shows up to help Cassie with the Halloween Party, Josh takes Sean outside and reminds him that he ordered him to stay away from Reva Assuring him that he is not going to act on his feelings for her, Sean agrees but only as long as he treats Reva right. As the Halloween celebration gets underway at the Lewis house, the children find the missing coin with a curse. When Ross guesses that Blake called him for his legal help, Ben is pleased when he finds out that Ross and Blake's marriage is over.

Upset when the apartment they wanted is not available, Jesse brings Michelle back to Millennium and suggests that they look at the loft above the club. Though Michelle doesn't like the idea, Drew is secretly pleased to watch Jesse convince a reluctant Michelle. Thanks to a surprise arranged by Phillip, Harley's friends meet with the bride at a bridal shop to help her pick out a gown for the big day. While Cassie helps Harley, Selean confides to Jenna that Buzz has given her two weeks off so that she can go to California to try and convince the Social Services people to allow her access to her daughter's files. When Vicky discovers that the coin Reva threw in the waste basket is gone, she hires David to find the cursed coin.

When Terri confirms that the DNA tests prove Annie is dead, Alan is devastated. Phillip, Harley, Beth and Lizzie all try their best to comfort Alan. Ben interrupts on written instructions from Annie and claims to have her will which is to be read to everyone present. As he reads the document, he hands Alan the hand-written vows she intended to read at their wedding. She then leaves her wedding gown to Beth while bad-mouthing Harley. Finally, when Ben shows Reva a special coin with a Latin inscription Annie left for her, Vicky quickly warns Reva not to touch it because it is cursed. Reva grabs it and throws it away. Unable to make love to Blake because of Ben's claim that she will always be thinking of him, Ross pushes Blake aside.

Over champagne, Ross and Blake discuss past times they've shared together. Blake tells Ross that she prepared his favorite meal and sent the boys away so that they can slpend the night together. Vanesa reminds Dinah that she promised she would think about telling Hart the trugh. Dinah tries to convince her mother that Cassie is out of the picture and that Hart is in love with her. During a visit with Cassie, Hart tells her that he has wanted to call her many times, but he was afraid that she wouldn't want to talk to him. Alan has more visions of Annie.

When a drugged Ken admits that he fears that he's the stalker, after further questioning, Ken reveals that he has no real proof that he did or did not commit the crimes. Holly pleads with Ross to stop the questioning. Marcus pleads with Dahlia to forget about Andrea and give him another chance. He apologizes and tries to convince her that he planned to tell her all about Andrea but she insists that the pain that has transpired is not going to go away. Finding Reva on the docks talking aloud about how she knows Annie is still alive, Alan expresses to Reva his lingering feelings for Annie. Reva urges him to stop pouring out his heart for a woman who is no good for him. Terri talks with Josh about Annie and reveals that she's hoping Annie is alive so that she can talk to her.

Upset to hear Hart and Dinah having fun, Cassie approaches Sean and suggests that they get married to solve her problem with Hart and his problem with Josh. Sean can't believe it when they end up locked in the diner cooler and argues that Cassie should tell the truth instead. when Blake admits that she needs her help to complete Ross' return to her and when Blake offers to help convince her brother to stay with Dinah, Blake and Dinah agree to a deal. After another argument with a snippy Vanessa, Vicky realizes Beth and Matt have a "special" relationship and determines that she can use this information to move past Vanessa in the Spaulding organization. Holly pleads with Ross to stop the questioning of her brother who has agreed to use the experimental truth serum. Ken stuns Frank and Holly when he admits that he couldn't stop the stalking. Though Marcus tries to get back in Dahlia's good graces after a night in bed together, he knows he's blown it when she meets Andrea who has flown into Springfield to surprise her boyfriend Marcus.

Though he has decided to take her back into his life, Ross finds he can't be alone and intimate with Blake. Instead of jumping into bed while Meta watches the twins, Ross suggests they go down to the lake for a walk. Blake calls and leaves a message of apology for Ben, explaining that she never expected Ross to make the admission he did yesterday. Reva refuses to believe that Annie died in the boat explosion and demands real proof from Frank who urges her to trust the evidence. Assuring her that she too thinks that Annie could have set up the explosion to fool them, Ten offers to handle the DNA investigation herself to insure that Annie Dutton is dead. Terri then arranges for Dr. Miller to give Ken a truth serum to find out if he is the nursery rhyme stalker.

Ross stuns Blake and amuses Ben when he announces that he wants his family back and that includes his wife. When Blake is forced to help one of the twins, Ross issues Ben a warning to leave his wife alone but Ben reminds him that he walked out on his family and shot his wife. Ben is rocked when Blake asks him to leave in spite of his assurances that he will protect her. Ben storms out after Blake confesses that she still loves her husband. Lizzie points out to Phillip and Harley the email message form Annie that caused her grandfather to run from the mansion. While Harley babysits, Phillip hurries to the docks to make sure Alan is okay. When the boat with Annie on it suddenly explodes, Alan cries that she is dead.

At the grand opening of Drew's new swing club Millenium, Dahlia uses an unsuspecting David to try to make Marcus jealous. Marcus tries to apologize to Dahlia for everything that has happened and insists that his affair was a one-time thing. He asserts that he still loves her but she claims she wants nothing to do with him. Selena is furious when she catches Mick selling drugs out of the club. When Selena is embarrassed by a customer because of her past, a gallant Buzz steps up to defend her. Michelle is upset as Drew continues to scheme to keep Jesse by her side. David's upset when Vicky turns her back on him. When one of the club's patrons pulls out his checkbook to pay $5000 for one of Jesse's paintings, Michelle accusses Drew of setting the whole thing up.

Boasting that she has some good news for her, Cassie leaks to Dinah that while the baby she is carrying is Hart's, she's decided she won't be with a man who is always fighting his attraction to Dinah. Later, when she hears Dinah crying over the death of her baby, Cassie finds herself comforting Dinah. Kissing her passionately, Bill tries his best to impress Michelle and win her attention from Jesse. At Millenium, Drew works hard to keep Jesse nearby as she prepares for the opening of her new club. Dropping her dress and showing off her sexy lingerie, Drew asks an embarrassed Jesse for his opinion of what she should wear for opening night. Telling her to put her clothes back on, Jesse reminds her that he is involved with another woman and is not interested.

Beth tells Ben she thinks that Blake wanted him because he wasn't like ross. Josh asks Matt if he has feelings for Beth Raines and why he lied to Vanessa. He tells Ross that he doesn't have to shut the door on every woman after he gets married. Terri tells Josh that Reva may be in serious danger. Reva goes to an abandoned warehouse alone in the hopes of confronting Annie. Holly finds Ken at the Police Station in a state of confusion. She promises him that she will help him because he his her only family. Reva finds a note from Annie but Terri and Josh realize it's only a trap and save he just in time.

With Terri and Frank pointing their guns at his future wife and her captor, Phillip pleads with an upset Ken to put the knife down and release Harley. Ken is about to do just that when an armed patrolman suddenly bursts in and frightens him again. Harley calms the room down and has talked Ken into lowering his knife when Terri suddenly aims and fires. Though the shot misses, Ken is handcuffed and taken away. Later, Terri is shocked to be contacted by Annie who has somehow figured out where she lives. Josh overhears Sean admit to Reva that he's in love with her. Reva tries to cover for the secret but Sean insists that Josh hear the truth. Although Sean assures him that he would never act on his feelings, Josh orders Sean out as Reva also tells her husband that he is the only man for her.
