Joe is delighted when Toni asks for her old job back so she can stay in town with Chris. Meanwhile, as the lovebirds get their wires crossed, Chris tells Etta Mae he's moving to Tampa to be with her daughter. Sergei and Felicia begin sparring again as they try to collaborate on a final draft of the manuscript. Cass surprises Lila--and everyone else--by planning an impromptu wedding for just a few hours hence. As the special delivery invitations start to arrive all over town, Felicia is dismayed to think that her best friend is about to make the biggest mistake of his life. Anxious to set things right with Rachel, an apologetic Paulina returns the trust fund money she embezzled for Tito.

Sergei begs a turning Felicia to read the final draft of his manuscript before she passes judgment on him. Etta Mae watches with undisguised disgust as Tyrone and Marley put on a public display of affection at the Harbor club. Afterwards, Marley overhears Etta Mae berating Tyrone for hooking up with a crazy woman who will cause him nothing but pain and misery. Jake awakens sweating from a nightmare about his life with Vicky turning into one long yawn of a "Leave It to Beaver" existence once the baby comes along. During a sonogram at the doctor's office, Vicky is thrilled to learn that she~s expecting twins. Donna is dismayed when Marley abruptly announces plans to return to china.

With her creditors closing in, Cindy redoubles her efforts to win her million dollar bet from David. Blissful in her newly wedded state, Amanda tells Cameron she hopes her mother will be just as happy now that Carl has returned. As Chris sputters to see news of his impending nuptials in the morning edition of the Herald, Casey sheepishly admits placing the bogus announcement in hopes it would spur her sister into action. Cass angrily confronts Anne, who explains how she had to hurt Charlie's feelings to dissuade the girl from leaving town. Meanwhile, in the park, a homeless man frightens Charlie and she runs off in search of help. Cindy presses David for a generous cash advance to help her snag a rich, respectable husband.

Paulina proudly introduces her daughter to Amanda, Cameron and Ally. Meanwhile, Rachel prepares to spring an enormous surprise on the entire Cory clan. A fuming Felicia confronts Sergei after discovering how the young musician has bitten the hand that had been feeding him. Matt urges Lila not to give up on Cass no matter how bleak the scenario may seem at the moment. Across town, Cass explains to an indignant Charlie why Anne will no longer be a part of their lives. Sergei sheepishly admits to Felicia that he authored the tell-all book about her but insists he changed his mind about publishing his work upon realizing how wonderful a woman she really was.

Weeping for joy to see her "late" husband alive and well, Rachel entreats Carl to tell her where he's been all these months. Explaining that he's lost his memory and recalls nothing but her face and the great love they shared, Carl asks Rachel to help him fill in the rest of the blanks. Pulling Matt down onto the bed, Lila begs him to make love to her. Meanwhile, Anne urges Cass to believe that Frankie's spirit has brought them together to prove that love is stronger than death. Vicky begins to suffer from bouts of nausea as she also fights off fits of exhaustion. As he and Rachel slowly stroll hand-in-hand through the beach house, Carl begins to piece together fragments of memories from their life together.

Cass admits to an exasperated Felicia that he's still in love with Frankie and sees her in every smile and win Anne sends his way. Meanwhile, Anne informs a fuming Lila she intends to use her startling resemblance to Frankie to her full advantage in her quest to steal Cass away. With family members happily looking on, Cameron and Amanda exchange wedding vows in the cory's house on Key west as a familiar figure secretly watches from outside the window. Sergei steels himself to tell Felicia the dark secret he's been harboring too long. Anne attempts to drive another wedge between Cass and Lila. Rachel confides to Matt how visiting the beach house has stirred up so many painful memories that she's determined to put the past behind her at last.

In Key west Cameron and Amanda relax in bed and decide to tie the knot today. Amanda calls Rachel and invites her and the family to join them. However, the re-appearance of Gary, thanks to a call from Amanda, and a mysterious stranger outside the Cory house threatens to ruin their plans for romance. Marley decides it's time to move out of her sister's place. Vicky's impressed with Jake's encouraging words and tanks him for what he's done. Tyrone helps her move back into her old house which is filled with memories for her. As she remembers holding her sister hostage in the house, Tyrone tries to help her and realizes that he loves her. Chris confides to Jake that she and Toni had a fight.

Josie asks Cameron for help locating Gary. In return, Cameron explains how he'd like Josie S assistance in getting the goods on Halliday. Cindy has difficulty playing by David's rules as his Pygmalion experiment begins. Ally appeals to Cameron to save her mother from David's advances. June announces to a delighted Joe that he's been cleared of all charges and is reinstated as captain. The Cory's brainstorm about how to eliminate David from Amanda's life once and for all. As Remy's doctor arranges for her release, Paulina happily prepares to bring her long lost daughter home at last. Rachel decides to sell her house in Key west in order to raise enough fast cash to buy Halliday off.

Felicia blames herself when Sergei takes a turn for the worse after collapsing at the Lucky Lady. Lila tears into Anne, who responds with venom of her own when Cass fiancee accuses her of trying to step into Frankie's shoes. Later, Anne seeks to ingratiate herself even further into Cass' life by preparing a home-cooked dinner for him and Charlie. Meanwhile, Lila decides to immediately move out of the Cory mansion and start her new life with her new family ahead of schedule. Out of Cass' earshot, Anne encourages Charlie when the girl admits how she likes to pretend that her new friend really is her mom come back to life. Matt declares his love to a startled Lila and entreats her to stay.

Tired of doing nothing but grunt work at the Herald, Casey decides to follow up on a juicy scoop offered to her by Anne. Lila panics to discover that she fell asleep and spent the whole night on Cass~ living room couch. Her anxiety turns to ecstasy, however, when Cass sinks to one knee and delivers an elegant proposal accompanied by a beautiful engagement ring. Meanwhile, Anne slyly encourages Matt to fight for the woman he loves. At the hospital, Felicia quietly confides to Etta Mae her belief that Sergei's music is the only thing keeping him alive. Eager to attract the attention of her favorite new musician, Ally asks Sean to escort her to the Lucky Lady in hopes that Sergei will be jealous to see her with another man.

As Walker begins to give the jurors their instructions, Joe barges into the courtroom and triumphantly informs the judge that he's under arrest. Though Walker sputters in protest, Toni takes him into custody on charges of fraud, conspiracy, and witness tampering. Afterwards, Joe breaks another huge piece of news to Paulina, who is stunned to learn that Tito could not be her child because she actually delivered a baby girl twenty years ago. At the hospital, Nick stays at Remy's bedside, hoping to catch some flicker of life in his comatose girlfriend. Cindy warns an annoyed Vicky that she'll make sure Marley spends the rest of her life behind bars unless the Mckinnons cough up Kirkland's inheritance.
