I wanted to thank everyone involved in the 3rd Annual DMS Tourny. What a great event.
I want to point out a few names who made this tournament such a success and would not have been able to do it without them.
Ringo, he spent many personal hours searching for people to help sponsor and donate prizes to the event. Great job dude, KUDO'S
Keith (Stiches), who beat the streets in NC for prizes and raffles for the event. Great job on the shirts as well.
George Mood, who let us use his house for the multitude of meetings about the tourny and feeding us as well.
Marge Mood, I can't say enough about Marge. She is my hero. Great job girl. She is our rock and the foundation of the tourny committee.
Thanks to all of the judges who gave up their time and gas this weekend.
Thanks to all the businesses who donated to the cause.
Last, let me thank all the anglers who participated in the event.
We gave prizes to the top 40, thats right 40 anglers. Congats to all the winners. |

It was another great tournament. I have been fishing in this tournament that has been run on Columbus Day weekend for over 25 years and DMS has to be by far the BEST these last 3 years out of all those who have put this tournament on. Very well organized and it seems to run so smoothly thanks to all of the dedicated volunteers and DMS staff. This tournament will be around for a long time if this keeps up.
