I am building a one metre Boxkite RC yacht from plans and have reached the stage of mking the fin. I will not be racing the yacht in competition just for fun. Do I have to cover the balsa fin in carbon fibre as it seems very expensive? Can I get away with coating it in glass fibre tissue or, if I have to use it, where can I buy affordable carbon fibre sheet? |
