I've been looking for a deadrise and a draketail. I haven't found any plans or much information. I would think that its because most of the bay work boats have been built by the same families and they just do it from memory and patterns handed down from one generation to the next.
I want to build some in HO scale. If I find any info I'll let you know.

You might want to try Calvert Marine Museum, P.O. Box 97, Solomons, MD 20688. (410) 326-2042. http://www.calvertmarinemuseum.com/about.htm

I have gotten drawings from them in the past. You might want to call them to get going in the right direction.
