Anyone have any suggestions about good spots to crab without a boat in maybe the rehoboth bay or somewhere close to there. Maybe a pier or bridge or even a area where you can walk out and just use lines. Also what is the best tide, i hear that incoming is the best time to go. Thanks

I've seen people out on the Henlopen pier in the park. Maybe some of the "regulars" that fish there can report on the crabbing too. You can also call Hoss's bait shop, it is located on the end of the pier, and they could give you a report.

I have seen people crabbing at Cape Henlopen Pier many times, but have never seen anyone do well. I might be wrong, but there are probably better spots in the area. I was in R&R sporting goods and overheard an employee give directions to a good backwater spot to a customer but did not hear where it was. Maybe you can check with them.
